Service and Support Manager for stage, show, stunt and film!
About the company:
Visual act is a creative and exciting company that provides unique products in stage technology. With over 25 years of experience and broad expertise, we work with theaters and other clients in the entertainment industry around the world with everything from fixed theater installations, to musicals, stage plays and events. The company employs today 19 people and we have workshops for manufacturing decor and technology, in addition to development and testing of our products. As service and support manager at Visual act, you will take a holistic approach to all aftermarket activities within our area of technology such as service, technical support, warranty and additional sales. This includes maintaining contacts with our existing customers and relevant suppliers. An important part of your work will also be refining and improving the after-sales services that Visual act currently offers its customers. The industry in which we operate places high demands on availability and reliability. One of your biggest challenges will be to help Visual act live up to these requirements. Our customer base is growing strongly; we see that you will have a leading role in expanding the organization that currently works with this area.
- Technical training at university level or relevant work
- Experience with after-sales support
- Good leadership skills
- Very good communication skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Structured approach
- Staff responsibility
- Experience with automation and electric drive systems
- Experience from theater or other entertainment technologies
- Knowledge of German
